What you will do

• Own and lead the finance systems stack, setting strategic direction and prioritizing the roadmap.
• Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&A, Engineering, and RevOps to translate business and reporting requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions.
• Ensure SOX compliance through the design and execution of system controls, documentation, and change management.
• Drive innovation and AI adoption to modernize financial processes and eliminate manual friction.
• Lead and develop finance systems team members and manage external consultants to ensure high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in financial systems leadership within a high-growth technology company.
• Expert-level ability to build within NetSuite, including experience with SuiteScript and complex workflows.
• Proven experience maintaining SOX-compliant system controls, including change management, audit trails, and user access.
• Deep experience managing and integrating tools across the finance lifecycle, such as Salesforce, Numeric, and Pigment, with NetSuite.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate and implement AI-enabled solutions and intelligent automation.
• Experience operating within a publicly traded tech company, bringing architectural discipline and reporting standards.
