What you will do
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with English-speaking clients.
- Deeply immerse in client businesses, goals, and growth challenges.
- Communicate with clients using business language, focusing on growth hypotheses and business results.
- Connect marketing activities directly with business outcomes (revenue, conversion, retention).
- Help clients make data and logic-based decisions, translating marketing performance into clear business insights.
- Coordinate between clients and internal SEO/marketing teams.
Requirements
- Strong background in Digital Marketing.
- English level: C1 (mandatory).
- Experience with SEO and paid ads (conceptual understanding is a must).
- Solid understanding of analytics and business metrics: funnels, conversion rates, CAC, LTV, ROI.
- Ability to think in hypotheses, metrics, and growth scenarios.
- Ability to talk to clients as a business partner.
