TL;DR

Senior Affiliate Manager (Digital Marketing): Driving revenue growth across multiple hirify.global brands by building strong partner relationships and scaling performance programs with an accent on commercial rigor, smart segmentation, and excellent enablement. Focus on shaping affiliate strategy, improving partner performance, and ensuring accurate tracking and reporting across brands.

Location: Remote (must maintain at least 5 hours overlap with CET)

What you will do

  • Own and evolve affiliate strategy, aligning partner mix, incentives, and placements to growth goals across hirify.global brands.
  • Recruit, onboard, and activate new affiliates and strategic partners, maintaining a strong pipeline and managing relationships end-to-end.
  • Run ongoing optimization of commission structures, bonuses, tiering, and seasonal promotions, monitoring conversion funnels and partner performance.
  • Ensure tracking integrity, maintain clean reporting (revenue, ROAS), and protect brand and program health by enforcing policies and managing risks.
  • Collaborate closely with another Affiliate Manager and internal teams to standardize processes, ensure continuity, and support launches.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or partner marketing, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or subscription businesses.
  • Proven track record scaling affiliate programs and improving efficiency (revenue growth, CAC/ROAS, conversion, retention).
  • Strong commercial skills in negotiating commissions, incentives, placements, and co-marketing agreements.
  • Solid understanding of tracking and attribution basics (UTMs, pixel/postback, coupon attribution, link hygiene).
  • Excellent stakeholder management in cross-functional environments.
  • Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously with at least 5 hours overlap with CET.

Nice to have

  • Experience in web hosting, developer tools, infrastructure, or technical SaaS ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with affiliate platforms and networks (e.g., Partnerstack, FirstPromoter).
  • Experience with incrementality testing, attribution nuance, and promo/coupon governance.
  • Strong analytical skillset (GA4, Looker/Data Studio, BI tools, SQL-lite comfort, or advanced spreadsheets).
