What you will do
- Define and execute hirify.global's global organic roadmap, including SEO and GEO strategies.
- Drive technical SEO excellence, partnering with Web Engineering on site architecture and performance, and monitoring technical site health.
- Collaborate with the content production team to optimize evergreen content for searcher experience and marketing funnel alignment.
- Manage international SEO initiatives, working with the Localization team for global market effectiveness.
- Lead stakeholder relationships and manage external agencies for technical SEO and digital PR projects.
- Own organic channel reporting, quantifying KPIs like organic traffic and conversion rates to demonstrate ROI to leadership.
- Execute link-building activities to ensure quality links from reputable sources.
Requirements
- Experience: Several years in SEO and digital marketing, with a few years in a leadership or team management role.
- Expert-level Tech SEO Knowledge: High technical fluency in SEO (including speed optimizations, schema, site architecture, RegEx, crawlability) combined with a deep understanding of UX best practices.
- Industry Knowledge: Proven track record in SaaS or B2B marketing, with evolving knowledge of SEO algorithm updates and AI-driven search trends.
- Analytical Mastery: Highly proficient in SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Language: Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
