What you will do

• Define and drive design vision for client XR solutions and internal product.
• Create intuitive spatial (AR/VR/MR) interfaces using gestures, gaze, voice, controllers, as well as 2D interfaces for mobile and web.
• Conduct user studies, client workshops, and usability testing.
• Collaborate with the production team to build and test prototypes on devices.
• Develop and maintain scalable UI/UX frameworks, 3D interaction patterns, and style guides.
• Work closely with clients, business analysts, and product/project managers to define design vision, requirements, and priorities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with exposure to AR/VR/MR or interactive 3D projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work, from research to product delivery.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Ability to design both spatial and 2D interfaces, ensuring usability and accessibility.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and client workshops.
