What you will do

• Manage and lead cybersecurity assessments, including capability, threat, risk, architecture, compliance, and system configuration reviews.
• Perform technical security testing, cyber-attack simulations, and vulnerability assessments.
• Manage and support cybersecurity incident response readiness activities.
• Lead practice and business development activities, including client pursuit opportunities.
• Support the evaluation and establishment of organizational cybersecurity strategies and programs.
• Manage client engagements from planning to reporting, oversee delivery teams, and ensure quality review.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
• CISSP, CISM, ISACA, CRISC, or cloud security certifications (e.g., AZ-500, AWS Certified Security, Google Cloud Professional Architect/Security Engineer) are required.
• 10+ years of related cybersecurity experience in a consulting practice or function.
• Experience leading and managing cybersecurity programs, security architecture deployments, threat and risk assessments, remediation, compliance, zero trust, or AI security testing.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity industry leading practices and frameworks such as NIST CSF, CRI Profile, ISO 27001/2, NYS DFS 500, OWASP, and MITRE ATT&CK.
• Strong project management, client service, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.
