What you will do

• Support in identifying and assessing company risks with business units and local coordinators.
• Participate in risk reviews for strategic projects and third-party providers.
• Support in developing risk profiles and key risk indicators.
• Contribute to GRC tool enhancement and internal dashboard development.
• Contribute to ad-hoc deep-dives on specific transversal risk topics.
• Support the evolution of BCM & ERM frameworks and promote risk awareness across the group.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in risk management or equivalent function (audit experience).
• Demonstrated experience in RCSA/risk assessments, action plan monitoring and reporting activities.
• Entry-level knowledge of IT systems and cybersecurity concepts.
• Fluent English required.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a multilocation / distributed team setup and comfortable navigating international environments.
