What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle sales: prospect, outbound/cold-call, pursue, and close new business for hirify.global globally.
  • Conduct detailed assessments of prospects' international payment business needs and strategic priorities.
  • Manage sales pipelines and provide forecasts to ensure targets are achieved and exceeded.
  • Deliver tangible business results.
  • Keep informed of product, competition, and industry trends to create new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and quotas.
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Experience selling payments technology and global payment methods is a strong plus.
  • Ability to prospect and drive new sales in a competitive payments technology landscape (a must).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-evolving startup organization environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency, ownership, and can-do attitude.
