We are searching for a strong leader who is ready to build a PPC department from scratch, set up processes, and lead the team to breakthrough results. Your key mission will be to ensure rapid growth of ad spend and bring our campaigns to the TOP of search results in the US market.

Main duties & responsibilities:
- Build and develop the PPC department from zero (processes, team, strategy).
- Plan, launch and optimize large-scale PPC campaigns.
- Scale daily budgets to significant volumes while maintaining profitability.
- Drive campaigns to the top of search results in highly competitive niches.
- Analyze competitors’ strategies and implement best practices.
- Maintain strong relationships with advertising platforms and vendors.
- Provide regular reports and insights for top management.
- Suggest and implement innovative approaches across channels (Google Ads, Bing, PPC networks).

Requirements:
- 4+ years of proven experience in PPC management.
- Portfolio of projects with clear growth and scaling achievements.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads (focus on USA market).
- Successful experience with daily budgets of $40,000+.
- Strong understanding of automation, authorization mechanics, and script usage.
- Ability to build ROAS-focused strategies and work with CPL/CPA models.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to achieve measurable growth.

Considered an advantage:
- Experience with Bing, Yahoo, and alternative PPC networks in the USA.
- Proven track record of managing a PPC team.
