Position: Lead User Acquisition Manager

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:
• Build and scale the UA process for our flagship game Oxide: Survival Island.
• Launch and optimize campaigns across multiple channels (fully hands-on).
• Track performance, analyze metrics, and drive data-backed decisions.
• Create briefs for ad creatives and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Test new channels, hypotheses, and growth opportunities.
🧠 What We Expect From You:
• 3+ years in Mobile Games UA (IAP), mid/hard-core preferred.
• Experience building UA processes from scratch.
• Strong expertise in the US market.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, AppLovin, Meta, Unity Ads.
• Advanced analytical skills and forecasting confidence.
• Ability to provide actionable feedback on creatives.
• Fluent English is a must; fluent Russian is a strong plus.
