Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead our SEO and performance marketing efforts. This role combines deep technical SEO expertise with performance marketing excellence to drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B marketing with the ability to develop and execute data-driven strategies across both organic and paid channels.

Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing:
• Ensure successful execution and optimization for key metrics via performance channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Reddit Ads, Twitter Ads, and more
• Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth
• Utilize various channels such as PPC, SEM, display advertising, and social media to achievem marketing goals
• Manage the performance marketing budget effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and forecasting budget utilization
• Implement A/B testing and optimization strategies to improve landing page and ad
performance
• Manage and automate performance marketing reporting

SEO & Organic Growth:
• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic search traffic, visibility,
and rankings
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-impact keywords and phrases
• Optimize website content, including landing pages, blog posts, and product pages for search
engines
• Ensure on-page elements such as meta titles, meta descriptions, and header tags are
optimized for relevant keywords
• Identify and address technical SEO issues that impact website performance, including crawl errors, site speed, and mobile-friendliness
• Develop and execute link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from reputablewebsites
• Monitor and disavow toxic backlinks to maintain a healthy link profile

Collaboration & Analysis:
• Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to create compelling and high-converting assets
• Work closely with content creators to develop and execute SEO-focused content strategies • Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other analytics platforms
• Provide regular reports on key SEO and performance marketing metrics
• Keep an eye on the competition and always stay one step ahead

Qualities We Admire
• 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing with strong focus on growth, user acquisition,
lead generation, and data-driven strategies
• Experience in marketing a B2B business, preferably in SaaS or CCaaS/CPaaS domains
• Proven track record of improving organic search rankings and managing successful paid
campaigns
• Data-driven growth mindset and a knack for numbers
• A curious mind that keeps up-to-date in the ever-changing world of performance marketing
and SEO
• Strong analytical, strategic, and decision-making skills
• Solid understanding of web & app tracking

Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
• In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics
• Familiar with performance marketing industry's best practices
• Landing page optimization and A/B testing experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
