Web Product Designer (Fintech): Designing and optimizing landing pages and responsive web interfaces for Plata's main product website, with an accent on design systems, web interfaces, and internal web tools. Focus on bringing designs to production quality, evolving design standards and patterns, and improving existing web pages based on data, feedback, and internal insights.

Location: Remote (Worldwide), with availability to work in the European time zone. Possibility of relocation support to Cyprus or Serbia.

What you will do

• Design and develop landing pages and responsive web interfaces.
• Work on the web design system, defining new components and evolving standards.
• Contribute to the development of an internal website/landing page builder, including UX/UI.
• Bring designs to production quality, considering edge cases, responsive states, and clear specifications.
• Participate in handoff and day-to-day discussions with engineers, providing design QA and ownership.
• Propose improvements to existing web pages and flows based on data and insights.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a web or digital product designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing landing pages, responsive websites, and real production work.
• Hands-on experience with design systems for web products.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, layouts, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Comfortable working closely with engineers and discussing implementation details.
• Solid understanding of UX patterns and web best practices.
• English: B2 level for effective communication with an international team.
• Availability to work in the European time zone.
