• Design end-to-end web experiences from concept through launch.
• Conduct customer interviews and usability tests to iterate on designs.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define problems and ship features.
• Create simple, logical experiences that make complex workflows feel effortless.
• Balance customer needs with business goals and technical constraints.
• Lead design reviews with external partners and build strong cases for design decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years designing modern digital products with a portfolio showcasing web design work.
• Proven track record designing 0-to-1 experiences from concept through launch.
• Collaborates effectively with product and engineering teams, articulating design rationale.
• Shows strong judgment making data-driven decisions grounded in research and metrics.
• Thrives as part of a founding team, passionate about solving customer problems.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tooling such as Figma Make, Lovable and Cursor for rapid prototyping.
