What you will do
- Harmonize methods, roles, and responsibilities for CI within EP&I.
- Lead CI projects with Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies within EP&I.
- Monitor and report on project progress and control the effectiveness of the improvements ensuring timely resolution of obstacles.
- Establish KPIs and milestones for CI projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to identify improvement opportunities and deliver tangible results.
- Facilitate the integration and enhancement of the Platform Evolution Process across EP&I.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) with a strong technical background and a solid understanding of products and processes.
- Fluent English is required, while French or Italian is a plus.
- Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and quality improvement methodologies.
- Experience engaging and inspiring cross-functional teams.
- Structured, process-oriented mindset, combined with a proactive, results-driven approach.
- Comfortable working with MS Office and data management tools and can leverage new technologies to enhance processes.
