Salary: $200k–$250k plus equity

What you will do

• Accelerate engineering velocity by embedding AI deeply into engineering, operations, and decision-making.
• Evaluate new models, agents, and workflows to determine adoption viability.
• Contribute directly to core production systems, using AI to amplify output.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to prototype and ship AI-enabled product features.
• Systematize AI usage across the company to improve quality, guardrails, and consistency as adoption scales.
• Become the internal reference point for applied AI through experimentation and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Strong engineering background with a deep interest in AI.
• Experience owning and shipping meaningful systems in production with solid system-design instincts.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and grounding ambitious ideas in production reality.
• Experience deploying agent configurations, orchestration layers, CI/CD, or remote execution environments.
