What you will do

• Collaborate with Data Science, Data Engineering, DevOps, and Delivery Platforms to align ML solutions with business objectives.
• Develop scalable and efficient machine learning solutions using AWS, Databricks, and Spark.
• Create automated data and modeling pipelines and integrate ML software features.
• Optimize CI/CD workflows, ensuring scalability and resilience.
• Identify and resolve issues and AppSec vulnerabilities.
• Drive adoption of best practices and contribute to training programs for MLE tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of machine learning engineering experience; or advanced degree (master’s or PhD) in a quantitative field.
• Experience building production-grade ML models and infrastructure in Python.
• Strong background in advanced Python and big data technologies.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Demonstrated experience with Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools (CDK, Pulumi).
• Strong understanding of data engineering and software engineering fundamentals.

Nice to have

• Professional or academic experience in HR, social science, or psychology.
• Contributions to open-source software in Python.
