What you will do

• Assist in delivering global multichannel campaigns (email, push, inapp, and more).
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are accurate, compliant, and aligned with local nuances.
• Support quality assurance processes to ensure every campaign meets hirify.global's standards.
• Proactively contribute ideas, suggest improvements, and conduct tests to enhance CRM campaigns.
• Stay organised and coordinate tasks across multiple stakeholders and projects.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role at a company with a primarily online/mobile B2C audience (at a fintech or financial company is a plus).
• Familiarity with Braze or similar engagement platforms and confidence using tools and adapting to new systems quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.
• Team player with a proactive attitude, thriving in a fast-growing, diverse team environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
