What you will do

• Lead the technical design and optimization of Copilot Studio agents by orchestrating secure flows, ensuring accurate grounding and improving system‑wide interaction quality.
• Guide and mentor Agent Makers by reviewing complex builds, providing architectural direction and strengthening engineering discipline across the team.
• Drive ALM implementation by enabling repeatable deployments through Azure DevOps pipelines and ensuring consistent integration with dependent enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and platform specialists to improve customer journeys and strengthen digital capabilities.

Requirements

• Hands‑on experience building Copilot Studio agents, including orchestration, prompts, grounding and API connectors.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform, including Dataverse and integration patterns.
• Experience with Azure, CI/CD pipelines and enterprise‑grade solution design.
