TL;DR

Principal Engineer (AI Platform): Building and optimizing cutting-edge Generative AI solutions upon an existing low-code platform with an accent on democratizing AI, collaborating with early adopter customers, and creating strategic value. Focus on driving innovation, deeply understanding the Generative AI domain, and ensuring the quality and impact of work for a global user base.

Location: Hybrid role based in Rotterdam, Netherlands, with the R&D group distributed across Munich, DE and Rotterdam, NL. Office attendance is required several times per week in Rotterdam.

What you will do

  • Build and innovate new Generative AI solutions rapidly on an existing platform.
  • Collaborate with early adopter customers to develop a portfolio of GenAI modules and applications.
  • Contribute to a platform with lasting impact, relied upon by thousands of developers and millions of end-users globally.
  • Ensure thoroughness in understanding underlying issues and prioritizing clear answers.

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience building platforms, frameworks, and applications with a proven technical track record.
  • Willingness to learn and become fluent in hirify.global development or possess existing hirify.global skills.
  • Strong eye for product design and attention to detail.
  • Desire to dive deep into and understand the domain of Generative AI.
  • Experience in Agile software development and adaptability to change.
  • Enjoy meeting colleagues several times per week in the modern office in Rotterdam.

Nice to have

  • Background in the domain of (generative) AI through education, work experience, or personal projects.
