What you will do

• Identify, prioritize, and champion high-impact AI projects aligned with hirify.global' product strategy.
• Lead and develop a team of approximately 50 ML engineers and MLOps specialists across multiple AI initiatives.
• Set the technical direction for hirify.global’ ML roadmap, translating cutting-edge AI advancements into practical product innovations.
• Ensure projects deliver on commitments and create measurable business value.
• Set technical standards, architectural direction, and best practices for ML development.

Requirements

• Ability to balance long-term R&D with short-term product needs.
• Track record of shipping production ML systems that users actually use.
• Experience building business cases for technical projects.
• Deep understanding of modern ML infrastructure, LLMs, and AI tooling.
• Outstanding stakeholder management skills and comfort working with senior leaders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Experience with distributed training of multi-billion parameter models.
• Experience with CI systems, workflow automation, and experiment tracking.
• Knowledge of the Kotlin programming language.
