Location: Remote from the UK, Spain, or Portugal (hybrid working is an option if near a Moonbase).

What you will do

• Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders for product improvements.
• Optimize products and deliver data-driven strategies for increased performance, especially within the payments product vertical.
• Define KPIs, design tracking, and set up monitoring for product launches and changes.
• Oversee and implement A/B tests and other experiments.
• Design, build, and scale data products like dashboards, reports, data models, and algorithms.
• Communicate complex concepts and findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience as a data scientist or data analyst, preferably in a product-focused role.
• Advanced SQL, data modelling, and data visualisation tools proficiency.
• Understanding of statistics and probability, with experience in large-scale A/B tests.
• Experience working with product teams in an analytics role.
• Active interest in cryptocurrency and past interaction with crypto/blockchains.
• Exceptional communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with DBT, Google BigQuery, Looker, and Python.
• Experience working in startups or scale-ups.
• Experience within the payments space.
• Worked with blockchain data (e.g., Dune, Flipside).
• Working knowledge of Machine Learning principles.
