What you will do

• Design, deliver, and maintain data science solutions, including descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive models.
• Apply statistical analysis and modeling to solve business problems and translate results into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with BI analysts, data engineers, product managers, and commercial stakeholders.
• Work with data consumption, cleaning, and feature preparation using established pipelines.
• Support quantitative experiments and present analytical findings to enhance sales efficiency and product improvements.
• Contribute to data science best practices and ensure reproducible, well-documented outputs.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of direct professional experience in a Data Scientist role, focused on modeling and advanced analytics.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong background in statistical analysis and predictive modeling, with experience in common machine learning techniques.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Working knowledge of data management concepts (data pipelines, workflows, data modeling).
• Strong storytelling skills with data for technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with experimentation.
• Experience collaborating with sales, product, and engineering teams.
• Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Plotly).
• Exposure to CRM and commercial datasets (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
