What you will do
- Design and develop complex Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Inbound and Outbound EIBs, and Core Connectors (Payroll, Benefits, HCM).
- Own end-to-end integration delivery for Payroll and Benefits vendors, including requirements gathering, technical design, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Design and execute data conversion strategies leveraging Inbound EIBs, Studio, and staging approaches for payroll, benefits, and HCM data.
- Develop and optimize Workday reports and calculated fields to support inbound integrations, data validation, and reconciliation.
- Partner with Payroll, Benefits, HR, and IT teams to translate functional requirements into scalable integration solutions.
- Ensure integrations comply with Workday best practices, security standards, and governance models.
Requirements
- Experience working in complex, integrated systems with both upstream and downstream dependencies and strong Studio experience.
- Extensive experience with data conversions, including mapping, transformation, validation, and cutover support.
- Strong experience with inbound and outbound integrations using REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and XSLT.
- Hands-on experience with Workday functional configuration is a strong plus.
- Experience with Workday Extend is a strong plus.
