TL;DR

Junior SAP Associate (SAP): Participating in an immersive training program to build foundational SAP consulting skills with an accent on learning, skill development, and client relationship building. Focus on applying SAP knowledge, conducting testing, and developing solutions for diverse clients.

Location: Must be located in, or willing to temporarily relocate to the Cincinnati, Ohio area for the first two years of employment, and must be open to travel up to 100% of the time.

Salary: $65,000 annually

What you will do

• Participate in internal learning initiatives and the Accelerated Consultant Education (ACE) Program.
• Present SAP solutions to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring understanding of business processes.
• Assist in developing documentation for client solutions.
• Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Build strong relationships with clients to understand their business processes and challenges.
• Actively engage in continuous education and career development to achieve annual goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience facilitating meetings and/or group discussions.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt and be flexible in a variety of business scenarios.
• Must be located in, or willing to temporarily relocate to the Cincinnati, Ohio area for the first two years of employment.
• Must be open to travel up to 100% of the time.
