What you will do

• Operate hirify.global systems to perform digital forensic work on mobile and computer devices.
• Prepare detailed reports, documentation, and record lab activity in case management system.
• Deploy product solutions remotely or onsite, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents.
• Collaborate with Agile teams, development, and sales to implement and support technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 17025 standards, best practices, and organizational policies.
• Provide feedback for quality improvements and deliver excellent customer experience.

Requirements

• Singapore citizen with current or recent (not expired >2 years) G50 security clearance from Singapore authorities, no criminal history
• Bachelor's degree in technology-related field
• 2-5 years experience in digital forensics
• Process-oriented with strong documentation skills
• Knowledge of mobile phone technology, OS basics, Linux, Windows, and networks
• Travel required (up to 50%)
• Excellent communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and investigative skills

Nice to have

• Experience in electronics or software quality testing
• Past law enforcement experience
• 2+ years in DevOps Engineering
• 2+ years with Cloud Native technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• 2+ years System Administration (Windows/Unix/Linux)
• 2+ years Network Engineering
