Product Design Intern (UX)

TL;DR

Product Design Intern (UX): Partnering with Product Designers to understand product and personas, focusing on Managed Service Providers (MSP) and Enterprise Password Management. Accent on uncovering user value and working on a variety of design problems. Focus on collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing prototypes in Figma, incorporating feedback, and gathering customer insights through user research.

What you will do

• Collaborate with Product Designers, Content Designers, Product Managers, UX Researchers, and Software Developers to understand and solve customer problems.
• Develop prototypes and detailed feature specifications in Figma using the company's design system.
• Gather and incorporate feedback on design work and share insights in weekly critique sessions.
• Partner with the research team to gather customer feedback through user research.
