Salary: $149,500–$221,220 per annum

What you will do

• Design highly sophisticated CMOS transceiver/SERDES products for communication infrastructure.
• Implement and verify circuits such as PLL, DLL, ADC, regulators, amplifiers, TX, RX, and CDRs.
• Ensure designs meet key performance targets for high-speed and optical transceivers.
• Perform design verification using industry-standard tools including Spectre and MATLAB.
• Apply innovative solutions to resolve complex design issues.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in designing mixed-signal circuits, including ADCs, DACs, RX, TX, PLLs, Filters, Bandgap bias circuits, regulators, and other analog circuits.
• Specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in analog/mixed-signal IC design.
• Strong knowledge of deep sub-micron CMOS technologies, low-power, and high-speed design techniques.
• Strong knowledge and experience with IC design CAD tools such as Spectre, Spice, Matlab, Hsim, and Verilog.
• Lab testing skills to evaluate prototype units against design specifications.
• Completed a BS/MS/PhD degree in Electrical Engineering and 3+ years of related professional experience.
