Location: Hybrid in Newark, NJ

Salary: $110,000–$115,000

What you will do

  • Negotiate commercial terms and manage the full lifecycle of sourcing initiatives for IT suppliers.
  • Drive supplier optimization and consolidation across the vendor base.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies, performing spend analyses and total cost of ownership (TCO) assessments.
  • Lead contract negotiations and build strong supplier relationships.
  • Identify and deliver measurable cost savings and streamline procurement processes.
  • Perform data extraction, bid analysis, and contract reviews, partnering with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years experience in procurement.
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Hands-on problem solver, collaborative, and adept at managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Newark, NJ.
  • English: B2 required.

Nice to have

  • CIPs certification preferred.
