Location: This is a hybrid role in Bucharest, Romania, with collaboration across geo-locations in Europe and the United States.

What you will do

• Partner and directly facilitate with teams across all levels, from developers to executives.
• Demonstrate ability to learn and communicate technical context, aligning it with business objectives.
• Create and drive project schedules, manage task assignments, and track progress, including inter-group dependencies.
• Collaborate with staff and management of multiple worldwide business units to define project goals and expectations.
• Proactively track project activities, ensuring schedules and priorities are met.
• Identify, track, and escalate critical issues through resolution.
• Manage daily/weekly project communication and status reporting.
• Lead Scrum meetings and follow up on action items.
• Work flexibly across timezones to coordinate and follow up on tasks.
• Travel both locally and internationally several times a quarter.

Requirements

• Must be proficient in the use of Jira (query/ticket creation, board creation and facilitation).
• 10+ years of experience working in a program/project management capacity for software development.
• Experience with/exposure to large scale platforms and complex inter-dependent technologies.
• Seasoned team coach capable of managing and alleviating persistent obstacles.
• Experience with Software Development Lifecycle and Project Management Methodologies, specifically Agile/Scrum.
• Experience owning a program/portfolio of products/features, scoping requirements, and planning milestones.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must work effectively and professionally with cross-functional groups across divisions, worldwide.
