What you will do
- Manage a portfolio encompassing enterprise network services, unified communications platforms, and transport infrastructure.
- Develop, validate, and manage requirements for routing, switching, voice/video, mobility, and network security capabilities.
- Oversee lifecycle management for network and UC systems, including technology refresh, modernization, and sustainment.
- Develop a 1–3 year strategic outlook for network and UC evolution, assessing risks and recommending investments.
- Support enterprise budgeting, prioritization, and investment planning for network and UC capabilities.
- Lead project teams and collaborate on best practices for project execution and problem-solving.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI Eligibility clearance required.
- 6-9 years of IT Project Management experience, including managing multiple complex technical projects.
- Experience supporting DoD networks, programs, or enterprise IT environments (e.g., JWICS).
- Familiarity with DoD lifecycle processes, requirements management frameworks, and enterprise architecture principles.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across technical and non‑technical teams.
- Must be able to work onsite in Hampton, VA.
Nice to have
- Technical background in networking and systems.
- PMP or Agile certification (PMI-ACP preferred).
- Experience with DoD NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS Networks.
- Experience with large‑scale modernization efforts or cloud transition planning.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity requirements, RMF processes, and DoD architecture frameworks.
