What you will do

• Lead and manage a portfolio of enterprise applications supporting DoD mission needs.
• Develop, collect, and maintain application-level requirements in coordination with stakeholders, users, and technical teams.
• Oversee full lifecycle management for all applications within the portfolio.
• Develop and maintain a 1–3 year portfolio outlook, including capability planning, technology refresh, risk identification, and resource forecasting.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the PMO on portfolio optimization and modernization opportunities.
• Execute direct tasking from the PMO and support budget planning, investment justification, and prioritization.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI Eligibility.
• 6-9 years of IT Project Management experience, including managing multiple, complex technical projects.
• Experience supporting DoD networks, programs, or enterprise IT environments (e.g., JWICS).
• Familiarity with DoD lifecycle processes, requirements management frameworks, and enterprise architecture principles.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across technical and non‑technical teams.

Nice to have

• Technical background in networking.
• PMP or Agile certification.
• Current CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Experience with DoD NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS Networks.
• Experience with large‑scale modernization efforts or cloud transition planning.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity requirements, RMF processes, and DoD architecture frameworks.
