What you will do
- Lead and manage a portfolio of enterprise applications supporting DoD mission needs.
- Develop, collect, and maintain application-level requirements in coordination with stakeholders, users, and technical teams.
- Oversee full lifecycle management for all applications within the portfolio.
- Develop and maintain a 1–3 year portfolio outlook, including capability planning, technology refresh, risk identification, and resource forecasting.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the PMO on portfolio optimization and modernization opportunities.
- Execute direct tasking from the PMO and support budget planning, investment justification, and prioritization.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI Eligibility.
- 6-9 years of IT Project Management experience, including managing multiple, complex technical projects.
- Experience supporting DoD networks, programs, or enterprise IT environments (e.g., JWICS).
- Familiarity with DoD lifecycle processes, requirements management frameworks, and enterprise architecture principles.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across technical and non‑technical teams.
Nice to have
- Technical background in networking.
- PMP or Agile certification.
- Current CompTIA Security+ certification.
- Experience with DoD NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS Networks.
- Experience with large‑scale modernization efforts or cloud transition planning.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity requirements, RMF processes, and DoD architecture frameworks.
