What you will do

• Own hirify.global’s AI narrative and content strategy, defining how the company articulates its technology and impact.
• Partner with senior leaders on messaging, thought leadership, and external presence.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business and strategic narratives.
• Set the strategic direction for AI-related content across multiple channels.
• Shape executive content across owned and shared channels.
• Work with the product marketing team to develop and execute a communications strategy around hirify.global Agent.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in corporate communications, executive thought leadership, content marketing, or corporate marketing in B2B technology.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Proven experience working with senior executives.
• Data-driven decision-making and proficiency in campaign analytics.
• Strong track record translating technical subject matter into compelling business storytelling.
• AI literacy, including familiarity with GenAI tools.
