What you will do

• Develop and optimize customer-facing online SaaS applications from design through implementation, leveraging full-stack expertise.
• Act in a technical leadership capacity, mentoring junior engineers and applying technical expertise to challenging programming and design problems.
• Contribute to the design and architecture of the project, including complex distributed systems.
• Engage in full lifecycle quality and engineering activities, including peer reviews and defect resolution.
• Work cross-functionally with product management, product lines, and business units to drive results.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related area or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience developing systems/software for large business environments (Java/J2EE, Python preferred).
• 7+ years of experience designing complex distributed systems and delivering production-ready code.
• Prior experience working in teams that have built AI native applications for 1+ years and full-stack development with AI technologies and tools.
• Expertise with the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and technologies like Java/J2EE, Javascript, React, and TypeScript to build Single Page Architectures.
• Practical experience in developing applications using microservices, container technologies (e.g., Kubernetes), and strong experience with database design (SQL, NoSQL).
