What you will do

• Define and own the content strategy, voice, and tone across mobile banking products.
• Audit existing user journeys and identify friction points across onboarding, KYC, payments, and core banking flows.
• Write and refine UX copy including onboarding, transactional flows, error states, and system messaging.
• Translate complex regulatory and financial concepts into clear, user-friendly language.
• Partner with Product Managers and Designers early in the product lifecycle to ensure content is embedded from ideation through delivery.
• Use data, testing, and user behaviour insights to continuously optimise copy and improve conversion and retention.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in UX Writing / Content Design, ideally within fintech, neobanks, crypto, or regulated financial products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of complex user journeys.
• Experience working closely with Legal and Compliance in regulated environments.
• Deep understanding of mobile-first UX patterns (iOS & Android).
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to justify content decisions through results.
• Native-level English writing skills required.

• Background in crypto exchanges, digital banks, or financial infrastructure platforms.
• Experience scaling content systems in fast-growth environments.
