Location: Hybrid working model, where you’ll spend a minimum of 50% of your working time per month in the office. This role is based in Bristol, UK.

What you will do

• Lead strategic design initiatives, aligning with business goals and influencing decision-making at senior levels.
• Design seamless user experiences for both desktop and mobile platforms daily, leading by example in your craft.
• Create and maintain components in a Figma library, contributing extensively to design guidelines and component libraries.
• Collaborate across teams and make informed decisions, balancing user needs, business considerations, and creative goals.
• Design and oversee comprehensive usability testing processes, utilising both quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
• Effectively communicate design ideas, rationales, and strategies, advocating for UX within the wider business.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in a UX role.
• Expertise in prototyping software, specifically Figma.
• Deep understanding of user psychology and accessibility.
• Experience in guiding and mentoring other members of the team.
• Strong collaboration, communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Business acumen and expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
