What you will do
- Lead strategic design initiatives, aligning with business goals and influencing decision-making at senior levels.
- Design seamless user experiences for both desktop and mobile platforms daily, leading by example in your craft.
- Create and maintain components in a Figma library, contributing extensively to design guidelines and component libraries.
- Collaborate across teams and make informed decisions, balancing user needs, business considerations, and creative goals.
- Design and oversee comprehensive usability testing processes, utilising both quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
- Effectively communicate design ideas, rationales, and strategies, advocating for UX within the wider business.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in a UX role.
- Expertise in prototyping software, specifically Figma.
- Deep understanding of user psychology and accessibility.
- Experience in guiding and mentoring other members of the team.
- Strong collaboration, communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Business acumen and expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
