Location: Expected to work from the hirify.global office in Beijing at least four days per week.

What you will do

• Lead the relevance team for Bing Ads in STCA and leverage state-of-the-art ML techniques, especially LLM, to improve ad relevance.
• Collaborate with US partners on joint business accountability.
• Drive technique innovation, including collaborating with MSR researchers on experimenting with new techniques.
• Explore the latest advancements in the industry and dive deeper into DSATs and system issues to identify new improvement opportunities.
• Deliver success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years related experience (e.g., statistics, predictive analytics, research) OR equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• LLM related application experience.
• 6+ years of ML experience in search or recommendation area.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 9+ years related experience (e.g., statistics, predictive analytics, research) OR equivalent experience.
• LLM post training experience.
• Experience on relevance and quality.
