• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other senior engineers.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Lead Backend Engineer or senior-level backend engineer.
• Proficiency in Python or another modern backend language.
• Proven ability to design, build, and evolve scalable backend systems within distributed architectures.
• Deep understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including system design, performance, and reliability.
• Experience influencing architecture and technical direction across services or teams.
• Confidence leading complex technical initiatives from early design through to delivery and mentoring other engineers.
