What you will do

• Support daily community management and social listening across TikTok, Instagram, Threads, and Facebook.
• Assist in identifying and surfacing reactive social opportunities and ideation.
• Create lo-fi, social-first content using tools like CapCut and Canva.
• Manage and repost User Generated Content (UGC) and maintain platform hygiene.
• Collaborate with Senior and Mid-weight Social Creatives and develop creative judgment.

Requirements

• Culturally switched-on creative who lives and breathes social media.
• Strong instincts for what performs on each platform.
• Confident writing style adaptable to different tones and formats.
• Comfortable with filming, editing, or collaborating to create content.
• Proactive, positive, and comfortable engaging with audiences.

• Experience running a social account (personal, side hustle, uni project or professional).
