What you will do

• Participate in designing technical solutions and service architecture.
• Develop backend services using Go (Golang).
• Deploy services to production and support them throughout their lifecycle.
• Contribute to code reviews and architectural discussions.
• Analyse system performance and implement optimisations.
• Collaborate closely with DevOps and cross-functional engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience in backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) with proven production experience.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka (producers/consumers, partitioning, consumer groups).
• Experience building and maintaining gRPC services.
• Solid background in microservices architecture.
• Experience with Prometheus for metrics collection and analysis and experience building monitoring dashboards (Grafana or similar tools).
• Clear understanding of observability principles: metrics, logging, and alerting.
