What you will do

• Design and deliver high-impact initiatives for institutional clients (network onboarding, transaction processing, policy controls).
• Define and execute the team’s technical roadmap, aligning with multi-quarter goals.
• Solve ambiguous, high-impact challenges by understanding customer needs and delivering secure, scalable solutions.
• Uphold high-quality engineering practices through code reviews, testing, and technical debt management.
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and ensure system reliability and scalability.
• Guide junior and mid-level engineers, fostering their growth and elevating team capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional backend development experience with Golang, GraphQL, REST APIs, Kubernetes, AWS.
• Expertise in blockchain protocols (EVM, Solana, UTXO) and hands-on experience with blockchain network integrations.
• Proven track record of building resilient, scalable, and secure microservices.
• Experience leading complex technical projects end-to-end and mentoring engineers.
• Hands-on experience with cryptographic systems (MPC) and secure key management.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Experience with full-stack development, including front-end frameworks.
• Passion for blockchain technology with hands-on experience using or building crypto exchange applications, dApps, or Web3 tools.
• Familiarity with advanced cryptographic techniques (zero-knowledge proofs, secure multi-party computation).
• Understanding of SOC1/SOC2 standards or experience in regulated environments.
