SAP Engineer (S/4HANA): Shaping, operating, and evolving hirify.global’s SAP landscape, focusing on SAP ERP 6.0 and integrations, while preparing for S/4HANA Public Cloud transformation. Focus on improving and supporting financial processes, ensuring system stability, quality, and smooth collaboration with Finance and Accounting stakeholders.

Location: Remote within Europe, with flexibility to work from one of hirify.global's offices in France, Italy, Poland, UK, Belgium, Spain, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, or Hungary. Workation for up to 2 months abroad is possible.

What you will do

Maintain, develop, and enhance the SAP ECC environment and integrations, with a strong focus on Finance processes.
Support and contribute to the transition path toward S/4HANA Public Cloud through development, optimisation, and technical readiness.
Analyse process gaps, design improvements, and implement new financial workflows or configurations.
Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective SAP solutions.
Create and maintain documentation, run tests, support rollouts, and ensure SAP landscape stability and compliance.

Requirements

Hands-on experience in SAP ECC Finance, including FI/CO.
Ability to configure, troubleshoot, and pragmatically improve SAP functionality.
Clear cross-functional communication skills with technical and non-technical colleagues.
Fluency in German and English.
Ownership, fast learning, and a supportive mindset.
