What you will do

• Establish product strategy and road map with project sponsors and key stakeholders.
• Translate product strategy into technical execution in collaboration with Engineering and Compliance teams.
• Conduct user research, requirements gathering, and translate requirements into user stories.
• Manage sprint execution, product launches, and monitor product performance post-launch.
• Design, develop, and maintain project reporting frameworks, communicating progress to stakeholders.
• Coordinate the flow and prioritization of requests from all stakeholders and product backlog.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience managing or launching technical products and projects.
• 3+ years of product or project management experience, including driving product vision, design, and launch strategy.
• Knowledge of functional areas such as product management, engineering, user experience, and user research.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Ability to clearly express ideas and arguments in meetings and on paper (great written and verbal communications skills).
• Must work well in a global team, multi-tasking environment and under pressure.
