Location: Bucharest, Romania; Tallinn (Hybrid work model, requiring at least 12 monthly in-office days)

What you will do

• Design, build, and optimize hirify.global’s ML Platform components.
• Optimize and extend the in-house Feature Store Platform for real-time data processing.
• Tune Kubernetes and AWS infrastructure for optimal cost-performance and build automations.
• Proactively solve technical challenges and build new features to enhance development efficiency.
• Support internal users, troubleshoot issues, and transform problems into scalable solutions.
• Promote software engineering best practices to raise product and technical quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with 2+ years in ML/MLOPS/AI Engineering.
• Experience in leading and delivering complex cross-team projects.
• Production experience with Python, Spark, and Kubernetes.
• Experience in the MLOPS and AI ecosystem, and developing end-to-end ML/AI solutions at scale.
