Location: Hybrid (London, UK). Teams are in the office around four days a week. Must be based in the UK and have the right to work in this location.

What you will do
- Collaborate with CDP/clean room partners to set up audience building, distribution, and refreshing.
- Proactively suggest new data and data-informed campaign improvements.
- Extract value from data and develop storytelling approaches grounded in client business reality and brand objectives.
- Contribute to campaign performance assessments and provide targeting recommendations.
- Work on statistical modelling methods and improve R or Python coding skills, following best practices.
- Work on data infrastructure, including building GIT repositories, BQ Tables, and using GCP services to automate processes and build AI agents.
Requirements
- Deep interest in Media & Technology with an understanding of data products, technology, and trends in advertising and marketing.
- Experience working digital agency-side on a data-led role within Data & Tech or Activation.
- Strong emphasis on audience-based buying, audience data management, and segmentation.
- Familiarity with statistical modelling methods (e.g., linear regression, logistic regression analysis).
- Proficiency in R or Python coding skills and SQL.
- Knowledge of applying measurement to media campaigns through Meta/Google, particularly brand lift studies.
- English: B2 required.
- Work authorization: Must have the right to work in the UK.
