TL;DR

Senior Manager, Brand and Campaign: Leading the strategy, planning, and execution of the core BT brand platform and major campaigns across consumer and business touchpoints with an accent on creative excellence and multi-channel activation. Focus on pioneering new experiential campaigns, developing content capabilities, and transforming production with AI techniques.

Location: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) in London, United Kingdom

What you will do

  • Develop and socialise the core brand creative platform across consumer and business channels.
  • Oversee all brand creative to ensure campaigns meet group, brand, and commercial objectives.
  • Lead the strategic development and execution for core ATL campaigns.
  • Develop bespoke, channel-specific strategies and execution plans for Social.
  • Identify opportunities for real-world experiential campaigns that extend core campaigns.
  • Manage the advertising production budget and relationships with internal and external agencies.

Requirements

  • Significant experience managing multi-million pound brand creative budgets (£10M+).
  • Proven experience leading and managing successful ATL Brand and experiential campaigns across all channels.
  • Experience driving brand presence across the comms funnel with engaging content strategies.
  • Strategic brand application in business and consumer contexts.
  • Extensive skills and experience in campaign production, including innovative AI techniques.
  • Proven leadership skills, ability to influence senior stakeholders, and exceptional communication.
