Salary: US$110,000–US$135,000

What you will do

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for algorithmic trading systems and real-time applications.
• Analyze business processes within Global Securities Financing and Equities to identify optimization opportunities.
• Produce detailed functional specifications, use cases, and workflow documentation.
• Act as a liaison between business users, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Perform data analysis to support trading workflows and decision-making.
• Participate in testing, validation, and user acceptance phases.
• Provide ongoing support to end users, including issue analysis and functional clarifications.

Requirements

• MIN 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within financial services, ideally in trading, pre-trade, or real-time systems.
• Strong understanding of Equities and/or Global Securities Financing business.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis tools and protocols such as SQL, Excel, and FIX messages.
• Familiarity with trading platforms such as Fidessa, ION, Bloomberg EMSX, Horizon, or Dash Financials.
• Solid experience working in agile environments (Scrum / Kanban).
• Excellent communication, analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
