What you will do

• Define, monitor, and report key product metrics (KPIs) and assess product health.
• Design, set up, and analyze product experiments, communicating results and recommendations.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
• Utilize Python for advanced data cleaning, statistical modeling, and analysis.
• Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports using Looker and Tableau.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure data quality and influence product roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or in data analytics.
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets.
• Proven background in experimentation and A/B testing (hypothesis formulation, sample size, statistical significance, and interpretation).
• Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis, including statistical packages.
• Proficiency in creating and managing dashboards, reports, and data models using Looker and/or Tableau.
• Familiarity with ETL processes, data warehousing concepts, and cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
