Location: Hybrid in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania (2 days/week in office)

Salary: 3967 – 4463 EUR/month

What you will do

• Define KPIs, track trends, and explain key business performance changes with stakeholders.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and root-cause investigations.
• Ensure dashboards are usable, adopted, and aligned with governance standards.
• Train stakeholders in self-service reporting and data interpretation.
• Collaborate with Analytics and Data Engineers to ensure dataset quality and integrate new data sources.

Requirements

• Strong experience in BI, data analysis, or a similar data-focused role.
• Proficiency with SQL and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Ability to define, track, and communicate KPIs clearly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Fluent English (C1-C2 level) and Lithuanian required.

Nice to have

• Experience with data warehousing concepts and data governance.
• Prior exposure to cloud data environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
