Focus on owning the security posture end-to-end, spanning software and cloud risk, monitoring, and incident response, and leading core IT capabilities.

Location: Hybrid in London, UK, with weekly travel to Brighton office.

What you will do

• Own hirify.global's security strategy, execution, and risk management (cyber, fraud, data).
• Partner with Engineering to embed security into development workflows and drive tooling adoption.
• Lead security monitoring, detection, and incident response across cloud, applications, and identity.
• Lead core IT and platform capabilities for secure access, identity, endpoints, and employee productivity.
• Oversee reliability and effectiveness of IT service delivery and end-user support.
• Manage the IT & Security budget and vendors.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in London, UK.
• Ability to set and communicate a clear security and IT strategy aligned to business goals.
• Proven experience leading security and/or IT functions in a high-growth, technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of modern security challenges across cloud platforms, software/API security, identity, monitoring, and incident response.
• Exceptional communication and influence skills to align diverse stakeholders.
• Comfortable leading through incidents and ambiguity with decisive judgement.
