What you will do

• Own production across multiple concurrent projects (games + consumer apps).
• Run tight project management with developers.
• Manage freelancers and external vendors (marketing, design, QA), holding them accountable.
• Track budgets and find cost efficiencies without sacrificing speed.
• Identify blockers before they become problems and clear them immediately.
• Coordinate releases, launches, and go-to-market timing across teams.

Requirements

• Experience in game or app production, understanding dev cycles, pipelines, and what "done" actually means.
• A deep interest in Crypto and Gaming.
• Track record of shipping products fast (not just planning them).
• Experience managing freelancers and external vendors.
• Strong organizational instincts: naturally track everything and hate loose ends.

Nice to have

• Background at a game studio, startup, or agency environment.
• Heavily use AI and active on tech twitter and/or CT.
• Experience as a founder or in a founder-adjacent role.
